Universal Orlando

The right Universal vacation starts with more than choosing a park.

Your hotel, ticket type, park access, Express Pass strategy, and trip length can all change the experience and the cost. These resources will help you understand what matters, while I help you choose and book the combination that fits your group.

Smart Choices, More Freedom

Universal can be wonderfully flexible, but the right fit still matters.

Universal does not require every minute of your day to be planned, and that is part of what makes it so much fun. But a trip centered on thrill rides may look very different from one built around younger children, Harry Potter fans, or a first visit to Epic Universe. Understanding the options makes it easier to recognize what matters to your group. Personalized planning is what turns those options into one vacation that works together.

How I Approach Universal Planning

I plan enough to make the trip easy, without scheduling the fun out of it.

I begin with the people taking the trip. I look at ages, heights, ride interests, Harry Potter priorities, hotel preferences, budget, and how much energy the group wants to bring to each day.

I have toured Universal hotels, experienced the parks, and visited Epic Universe. That firsthand experience helps me explain which upgrades may be worth considering, whether Express Pass could meaningfully improve the trip, and which hotel benefits your group will actually use.

My role is not simply to reserve the first package that fits your dates. It is to connect the hotel, tickets, parks, transportation, and trip length so the vacation feels cohesive once you arrive. Then there is still plenty of room to follow the fun.

The Decisions I Help You Make

Four choices shape most Universal vacations.

You do not need to research every attraction or schedule every hour. These are the decisions that have the greatest effect on convenience, access, cost, and the overall experience.

01

Who is traveling?

Ages, heights, ride interests, energy, mobility, and how much the group enjoys thrills, characters, or immersive worlds.

02

Where should you stay?

Hotel location, transportation, Early Park Admission, room needs, and whether included benefits justify the price.

03

Which parks fit the trip?

Epic Universe, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, or the right combination of all four.

04

Does Express Pass make sense?

Trip length, anticipated crowds, attraction priorities, hotel benefits, budget, and tolerance for waiting.

Your Hotel Is Part of the Strategy

Where you stay can save time, simplify your days, and add real value.

Universal’s hotels are not interchangeable. Location, transportation, park access, room style, pools, dining, and included benefits vary significantly from one resort to another.

For some travelers, a Premier hotel with included Express Pass can be an excellent use of the vacation budget. For others, a newer hotel near Epic Universe or a more affordable option with easy transportation may make considerably more sense.

I help you compare the complete value of each option, not simply the nightly room price.
