The Disney Expert in Your Corner: How Using a Vacation Planner Transforms Your Disney Experience
Disney World Planning
What Does a Disney Travel Advisor Actually Do?
Booking Disney World is easy. Knowing which resort fits your family, which ticket options make sense, what needs attention months before you arrive and what is not worth worrying about is where a good travel advisor becomes useful.
I help you make the decisions that actually matter.
There is no shortage of Disney information online. The problem is that most families do not need more information. They need help figuring out which information applies to their trip.
My job is to learn how your family travels, narrow the choices, explain the tradeoffs and keep track of the planning details so you do not have to become a Disney expert before you can take a Disney vacation.
What I Help With
From the first decision through the day you come home.
Exactly what a client needs varies by trip, but these are the areas where I spend the most time helping Disney families.
Choosing the right resort
I help compare location, transportation, room setup, pools, dining and price so you are choosing based on how your family will actually use the resort, not simply which lobby photographs you like best.
Tickets and trip structure
How many park days? Park Hopper or one park per day? Where should a rest day go? I help build the trip around your priorities instead of automatically adding more days and more options.
Watching the reservation
I keep an eye on eligible Disney promotions after booking. When a new offer could improve a client's reservation, I review it and, when possible, work with Disney to have the applicable offer applied.
Dining strategy
I help clients think through which dining experiences matter to them, where those meals fit best and which reservations deserve priority when the booking window opens.
Lightning Lane education
I explain how Disney's current Lightning Lane options work, what the choices mean for your park days and when you need to make decisions. My clients also receive planning guidance beyond what I publish publicly.
Transportation and logistics
From understanding Disney transportation to arranging private airport transportation when needed, I help make the pieces around the parks fit together too. I do not book airfare.
Planning deadlines
Dining, Lightning Lane, final payment, MagicBands and other trip milestones do not all happen at once. I keep clients informed about what is coming next instead of handing them a confirmation number and disappearing.
Someone to ask
When you see conflicting advice online, plans change or you simply cannot remember what you decided three months ago, you have a person who already knows your trip and can help you sort through it.
How It Works
You still make the decisions. You just do not have to research every option alone.
I am not interested in planning the Disney vacation I would take. I want to plan the one that fits the people actually going.
- 01We start with who is traveling, your dates, budget, priorities and what would make the trip feel successful.
- 02I research and narrow the options, then explain why I think certain choices fit better than others.
- 03Once you choose, I handle the booking and keep the reservation organized.
- 04As planning windows approach, I guide you through the next decisions instead of giving you everything at once.
- 05I stay involved through travel and follow up after you return home.

A Few Important Distinctions
What working with me does not mean.
A travel advisor should make the trip easier to plan, not make promises that no one can guarantee.
I cannot guarantee every reservation.
Popular dining, special events and other limited inventory can sell out. I can help you prioritize and prepare, but I will not promise availability I do not control.
I do not promise every promotion will lower your price.
Disney offers have eligibility rules and limited inventory. I monitor opportunities and review what applies to your reservation rather than assuming every new promotion is automatically better.
I do not make the vacation one-size-fits-all.
A family with small children, grandparents and an afternoon pool break needs a different plan from adults trying to maximize park time. The recommendation should reflect that.
I do not disappear after the deposit.
The booking is the beginning of the planning relationship. The useful part is having someone keep track of the trip as it moves from an idea to an actual vacation.
